WHAT IS IFRA AND WHY DOES IT MATTER?
You might hear us mention IFRA compliant when we talk about our home fragrance, but what does it mean?
We follow the INTERNATIONAL FRAGRANCE ASSOCIATION which sets the global safety standards for how fragrances are used in products like candles, perfumes, skincare and home fragrance. The 51st amendment or (IFRA51) is the latest update to these guidelines, like a fragrance rulebook that gets updated as science and research evolve.

We are passionate about crafting beautiful, safe and honest products and that means being fully transparent about what goes into them.
All of our home fragrance and skincare are made using the highest quality fragrance oils. Many of these contain naturally occurring allergens or ingredients that require proper labelling by law. That’s where CLP (CLASSIFICATION, LABELLING AND PACKAGING) legislation comes in. This is required to be visible at point of sale, meaning that you will never receive a fragranced product from us without a visible CLP label and why we will never do pick and mix boxes of wax melts that are not individually labelled because its against the law.
