Welcome to something a little bit special. Handmade from oak barrel staves from a local Moray distillery close to Laura’s heart, memories of her late father and her during the distillery transportation runs.
These whisky tasting sets comprise of a handmade and sanded base, with inserts for two provided whisky glasses. Feather and Thistle At Home provide only the best drinking vessels, Glencairn. Each base is oiled and has soft pads so as to protect your furniture.
The bases are approximately 245mm long and 70mm wide.
***Please contact Laura for availability of stave (using the number system) before ordering. The pictures show a number on the rear of the stave, the next 2x photographs are for that number. (Rear with number/Stave without glasses/Stave with glasses.
If, you have something in mind that hasn’t quite fitted what I have produced on here, please feel free to get in touch and I can perhaps adapt something to suit your requirements. Perhaps a longer base, only one glass, to allow you to add something of your own for a gift, as I recently made for a customer… who when he saw it, asked for another!
In addition to the standard tasting set, we do another couple of specials which are also advertised and photographed, these include a water jugs (Large or wee), tasting caps and a pipette. Please consider these options as well.
As we use Glencairn products, if you have seen something on the website you would like to have incorporated into one of these, please let us know, we may be able to get that extra addition, type of glass, or even an engraved option from Glencairn. We can discuss, offer a quote and if all options can be achieved, we can sort something out.
