Description
These Coat Racks are made from whisky barrel staves, sourced from a Moray coast distillery, one which has historical meaning to Laura and her memories with her father.
They are handmade and comprise of 4x double hook attachments, in bronze (No.1-3) or black hooks (No.4-9). They have been sanded and oiled and yet left with that rustic look, so don’t expect perfect lines or edges, they have once been part of a tightly sealed barrel with little care in the warehouse.
Each Coat Rack is approximately 880-895mm long, tip to tip, and have a maximum width of between 55-80mm, give or take a whisper of oak history.
I have included 2x 60mm screws and a couple of rawl plugs, however, once you receive the item, you may wish to consider using any other form of wall attachment to suit your location, these are just a starter. Ideally, they should be screwed into a wooden post or concrete wall to allow for the weight of a full set of coats and jumpers etc.
I have added the Coat Rack photographs, we hope you like what you see, they will be replaced by new once they sell and I get around to manufacturing more.
***Please note that the number of the stave in the pictures is followed by photographs of that numbered stave. Contact Laura prior to purchasing so she knows what one you would like.
